Why a monthly plan instead of a one-off payment? +
A website isn't a one-time job. Hosting, security patches and content updates need to happen continuously, and the monthly plan covers that ongoing work, not just the initial build.
What happens if I don't use all my update hours in a month? +
Unused hours don't roll over to the next month. If you're consistently not using your allowance, we'll flag it and suggest moving to a smaller plan.
What's not covered by the monthly hours? +
Things like professional photography, copywriting from scratch, e-commerce setup or a full redesign are scoped and quoted separately. Small text and image updates, plugin updates and bug fixes are included.
Who owns the domain and the content? +
You do. Your domain is registered in your name from day one, and all content you provide or approve belongs to your business. Nothing is locked to us.
What if I want to cancel? +
Plans run month-to-month after an initial 3-month minimum, which gives us enough time to properly set everything up. After that, you can cancel with notice.
Do you guarantee first place on Google? +
No, nobody honestly can. What we do guarantee is the technical foundations done right: fast load times, mobile-friendly pages, and a properly configured Google Business Profile.
